Es m\u00e1s que la ausencia de una enfermedad mental; es esencial tanto para nuestra salud en general como para nuestra calidad de vida, y el autocuidado puede ser clave para mantener nuestra salud mental y sirve de apoyo para su tratamiento y recuperaci\u00f3n en caso de que nos enfrentemos a alguna enfermedad mental. Agradezco mucho el apoyo y la instrucci\u00f3n que nos han dado, y sobre todo que nos den la oportunidad de tomarlo en Espa\u00f1ol.
